Be A Winner NOT a Whiner!!

Have you ever heard the saying Laugh and the world laughs with you. Cry and you cry alone?
Well, now you have.
Nobody, even the most sympathetic of HR souls, want to listen to a complaining whiner on an interview.
They don't want to hear about how terrible your past managers were or how they didn't provide you with adequate training or how you are having transportation issues and that is why you were late
(ooooooooooooohhhhhhhh so bad to be late for an interview-leave yesterday if you have to. Anything, in order to be on time for the interview).
The interview is your stage to perform a show about all of your attributes. All of your strengths. All of the best qualities you can bring to their already fine organization.
Don't waste time complaining. It will not birth positive results.
Keep it upbeat and positive. You are just as much in control of the interview conversation as the person interviewing you.
The interview flow is directed, not just by questions, but by your answers.
